With current government advice with regards to the spread of Coronavirus to reduce face to face interactions unless absolutely necessary. We have taken the decision to temporarily halt our viewings and show-rounds, with regards to exclusive wedding hire of the house, with couples. This is obviously a regrettable decision that we have had to make, but one I am sure you will agree is necessary for the safety of our staff, our couples and all of our families.

We have started a waiting list for those wishing to view, once social distancing restrictions are lifted. Once we can resume viewings we will get in touch to schedule your appointment.

If you would like to be added to the waiting list please email: lisa@shawhouseweddings.co.uk or use our contact form here. Please indicate in the email or form that you would like to be added to the ‘Viewings Waiting List.’

Meanwhile I have collated some pictures below of the key wedding rooms in the house, as well as a FAQ’s blog post here that couples ask at a viewing.

Our Queen Anne Ceremony room is licenced for up to 80 guests. Overlooking the south lawn the room is bathed in natural daylight. Couples get married in front of the fireplace. You have a choice of chairs to use in this room. As well as your own additional decorations if you wish.
